Triangle - RALEIGH - The Institute for Emerging Issues (IEI) at North Carolina State University announces South Korea’s former Minister of Education Ja Song as speaker to the 2007 annual Emerging Issues Forum program Transforming Higher Education: A Competitive Advantage for North Carolina. Lenovo Group Limited CEO and President William J. Amelio also will be on the program. Both Song and Amelio will offer Forum attendees an international perspective on higher education and its role in the 21st century global economy
