New doctorate program to research education reform (San Bernardino Sun)
Cal State San Bernardino has inducted its first doctoral dozen. And though classes don’t begin until Thursday, excitement filled the air last week as students in the university’s brand-new doctorate in education program anticipated changing the face of education in surrounding school districts.
