Nigeria: Biu Forum Asks FG to Take Over College of Education (AllAfrica.com)
Biu Forum, an umbrella body which comprises elders and top public officers at the state and national levels who hail from Biu local government area of Borno state, has urged the federal government to take over the College of Education, Waka, presently managed by the state government.
